The closed-loop stepping servo system has higher safety, reliability and product quality requirements than the traditional open-loop stepping system. A position feedback device is installed behind the stepper motor, or a closed loop like a servo system is formed in a way of detecting position with some indirect parameters to detect or control the lost step, and to detect the motor plugging, and to ensure that the motor is delivered at a higher speed, precision and greater effective torque.
