I just bought a Techservo intelligent servo driver. I want to debug with EZ-Motion/Setup, but I can’t communicate. How can I solve it?
Communication problems commonly encountered by customers usually have several problems:

1, the communication line is not properly connected, or there is no use of shielded communication lines, resulting in communication is not normal. Please follow the user manual to explain the correct wiring.

2, the drive shaft ID is not set correctly. All the drive shaft ID is set to 255 at factory. Please check the status of the dial switch carefully.

3. the address of the computer serial communication is wrong or damaged. Please use the normal serial port.
