1.input and output settings


Regulation of the current limit of the busbar:

The rated bus current is the maximum current limiting value of the controller. For example, the maximum current limit of the SBV072A080 model controller is 80A, indicating that the maximum current of the battery can be input to the controller 80A, of course, when the battery capacity can meet the condition, the bus current affects the torque when it affects the climbing, and the controller has no BOOST or three gear functions. The maximum bus current is invalid, and the maximum bus current is only valid when BOOST or three functions are available.

When the controller has no three or BOOST functions, the rated bus current is the maximum current limit value, for example, the rated bus current of 72080 of the controller can be set to 80A at this time.

When the controller has three or BOOST functions, the maximum bus current value is the maximum current limit value.

Current limiting 80A controller, rated bus current set 40A, maximum bus current set to 80A.


Phase Current Adjustment:

The rated phase current is the current of the controller's sustainable output, the sustainable output is 3 minutes, the continuous output is over 3 minutes and the controller sends out the overload protection instruction. The controller stops the output and the rated phase current is generally set to 1 / 2 of the maximum phase current.

The maximum working current is the maximum current that the controller can output at a short time for 60 seconds. The continuous output is over 60 seconds and the controller sends out the over current protection instruction. The controller stops the output. The power is closed to restart the fault and the maximum position corresponds to the maximum phase current. The maximum output torque of the controller. 2.Temperature Term

The controller stops the output temperature by default at 100 degrees Celsius, indicating that the temperature of the controller is too high during operation. When the controller reaches 100 degrees Celsius, the controller stops output.

The controller restores the output temperature by default at 90 degrees Celsius, indicating that the controller will cool down to 90 degrees Celsius after overtemperature protection, and the controller will resume output.

The starting temperature of the controller is 80 degrees centigrade, indicating that the controller is too high to reach 80 degrees centigrade during the operation, and the controller begins to limit the output of the phase current, and the maximum working phase current is automatically limited to the rated current value to reduce the temperature rise and play the role of protecting the controller.


3.Function Setting

Electronic brake adjustment method:

The electronic brake is effective, the controller outputs the electronic brake signal, the motor generates a reverse magnetic field to achieve the flexible braking effect, and needs to turn off the ordinary brake. In conjunction with the "maximum brakes current value", the size of the maximum current setting of the brake current affects the strength of the electronic brake, and the maximum current should not exceed 200A.


Sliding backflushing electric regulation method:

The sliding backflushing power comes into effect, and turns back in situ when the vehicle tells the operation. At this time, the sliding backflushing electricity produces the effect, which is used in conjunction with the sliding backflushing electric current and the sliding backflushing electric speed. The larger the current setting of the sliding recoil, the greater the reverse charging current produced. The lower the setting speed of the sliding recoil is, the longer the recoil will be generated.


Method of using cruise function:

The turning handle is fixed in a certain position, and after 3 seconds of the vehicle cruising key, the vehicle enters the cruise state, reduces the wrist fatigue, and turns the switch or the power break to remove the cruising state.


BOOST Regulation Method

When the current limit is improved and the speed and torque are raised, the effective time of BOOST is about 1 minutes. When the BOOST is effective, the current limit of the controller is the maximum bus current value, and the BOOST is invalid after 1 minutes, and the current limit of the controller is back to the rated bus current value.

Enable BOOST function: press BOOST key for 2 seconds, take effect after 1 minutes, or quit after brake power failure.

The maximum bus current value is 2 times higher than the rated bus current value. Example SBV072A080 rated bus is set to 40A, maximum working bus current is 80A


Reversing speed regulation method :

The reversing function is for the convenience of the user, in order to facilitate the turning direction of the heavy users, adjust the reversing torque according to the weight of the vehicle and the weight of the vehicle, adjust the reversing current value between the 15~150A, and the set current value can not exceed the corresponding nominal phase current of the corresponding controller model. The highest value.


 Weak magnetic enabling and weak magnetic current regulation setting:

 When the weak magnetic current is enabled and the maximum value of the weak magnetic current is combined, the speed of the whole vehicle is also improved, but the greater the weak magnetic current is, the power consumption will increase correspondingly; the weak magnetic current is adjusted between the 30~100A and the weak magnetic current.


4.Turning Handle Setting

The lowest voltage of the turnning handle is the turn around voltage detected by the controller when the controller is powered on.
The maximum voltage of the turnning handle is the turn around voltage detected when the controller is on the top of the rotor (the following figure).

The minimum voltage setting for the running handle:

The minimum voltage setting of the running handle must be higher than that of the running handle voltage detected by the controller when the controller is on the top of the controller (0.1V). Otherwise, the controller will cause the fault of the flying car protection when the controller is on the power. The controller default 1.2V or 1.3V, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the vehicle. Reducing the middle voltage value of the turning handle can improve the starting torque of the vehicle and adjust it between 3.5V to 2.0V.

The maximum voltage setting of the running handle

When the maximum voltage of the running handle is set, the voltage is consistent when the controller is turned on the controller to the maximum position. The controller acquiescence 4.6V, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the vehicle.


Turnning Handle Mesophase Current Setting:

The current limiting 60~80A controller is suitable for the middle phase current setting range 60~120A of the turnning handle, and the middle phase current value of the turnning handle can improve the starting torque of the vehicle.


The motor responds to the fast and slow response to the running handle:

The smaller the "acceleration time" setting is, the faster the response of the motor opponent is at acceleration, and vice versa; the less the response is, the smaller the "deceleration time" setting is, the faster the response of the motor opponent is, and vice versa, the slower the response time is, the above parameter is not beyond the upper limit of the upper limit. According to their own car riding habit adjustment.


5. Motor Setting

Rotation direction setting of motor:

Set to 0 or 1, and the default is 0. If set to 0 is reversed, set to 1 is the positive turn.


Polar logarithm:

The polar logarithm is the data used by the controller to detect the speed of the motor. Generally, the 13 inch motor is 28 poles, and the 10 inch is 23 poles. The pole logarithm is provided by the motor dealer.
